İnci Özel was born in Istanbul in 1945. She started her miniature training with Miniature Master Architect Nusret Çolpan at Süheyl Ünver Workshop, and continued her works there. She received her license in 2000. Özel participated in over forty group exhibitions in eleven cities, including Istanbul. She continues her works for exhibitions from time to time.
