Born in 1982 in the Karaburun district of Izmir, Kaçak worked as a master instructor for three years at Karaburun Public Education Center, where she had received tel kırma (decoration method through bending wires), needle lace and accountancy training for five years starting in 2004. Kaçak has been working as a master instructor at Karaburun Belediyesi Karma Sanat Atölyesi (Karaburun Municipality Mixed Arts Workshop) since 2020.
