Hilal Paçacı was born in 1981 in Erzincan. She is a graduate of Zonguldak Karaelmas (means ‘black diamond’, and refers to coal) University Safranbolu Vocational School Traditional Handicrafts Department. She took marbling classes from Selami Alan at İSMEK, and from Emine Solak in Nun Art Workshop, and she also takes miniature classes from Leyla Kara. She continues her marbling training she started at İSMEK in 2011. Paçacı participated in the exhibition named “Masters of İSMEK”. Dilara Çelik, Şeyma Erdem, Ayhan Baş and Deniz Yılmaz are the students she trained.
