Salih Önal was born in Bursa in 1975. He is graduated from Gazi University Gazi Education Faculty History department. He started working as a social studies teacher in İstanbul. Until 2013 he took in ebru and tiles, participated in exhibitions. He worked as a teacher in art of tiles for students and adults in 2017-2018 academic year in Yalova Merkez İmam Hatip School. He opened an exhibition over art of tiles in Yalova City Museum. Önal still continues his works.
